Saturday

"FAWN"

For time:
Bear crawl 50 ft to a stack of weights. Bring 1 weight back to the starting point in any
fashion possible. Bear crawl will continue each time the child crosses the gym toward
the weight, until the stack is re-assembled at the starting point. Then, competitors shall
run 50 ft, and reverse the process, but this time doing walking lunges. When the stack
of weights is back to its first position, the WOD is complete.


AGE GROUP STANDARDS
6-9  50 lb
10-12  125 lb
13-15  175 lb


Sunday:

"FIGHT GONE REINDEER"

2 rounds for reps:
You will have 1 minute at each station to get as many reps as possible. At the end of
the 5 stations, you will have 1 minute rest. Then you will begin round 2.
Stations:
ROW for calories
MEDICINE BALL LIFTS for reps
BW SQUATS for reps
PUSH UPS for reps
BOX JUMPS for reps

 

AGE GROUP STANDARDS:
6-9  MED BALL LIFTS: 5 lb. (6” diameter) BOX HEIGHT: 12”
10-12  MED BALL LIFTS: 10 lb.  BOX HEIGHT: 18”
13-15  MED BALL LIFTS: 20 lb. BOX HEIGHT: 20”
MEDICINE BALL LIFTS: From the ground to overhead, dropping the ball behind. Turn
around and repeat for reps.
